Editorial Policy
The Publisher, represented by Malwa International Scientific Journals, is responsible for the management and production of the journal by the editorial and publishing offices, as well as for establishing policies, procedures and guidelines.
The Publisher is responsible for all financial and legal aspects of journal publishing, including but not limited to copyright policies, liabilities, budgeting, costs and revenues. The Publisher is therefore responsible for decisions and policies that affect access to the publication (including subscriptions and sales) and the price of such access.
The editorial team and publishing office must ensure the confidentiality of all articles at all stages of the publishing process. No information should be disclosed to anyone not authorized by the author prior to the publication of the article. After an article is accepted for publication, editors may make editorial changes as necessary, but may not make substantial changes without consulting the authors and editor.
Publisher staff must inform the publisher or editor-in-chief of any substantial changes requested by authors after the article's acceptance, such as changing the author or deleting or inserting significant amounts of material.
Articles must be submitted by one of the manuscript's authors and cannot be submitted by a representative of that author. The first author/corresponding author, on behalf of all co-authors (if any), must submit a copyright notice with the manuscript. Authors confirm that the manuscript (or any part of it) has not been previously published or is not being considered for publication elsewhere. Furthermore, figures, structures and tables already published elsewhere must be reported and copyright permission must be obtained to reproduce them. The publisher is not responsible for any statements or opinions expressed by contributors in any Twisting Memoirs Publication magazine (online or in print).
